The conference hotel: WuLingYuan International Resort Hotel is located 30km away from the ZhagnJiaJie (Dayong) Airport. It takes RMB150-200 by taxi from the airport to the hotel. The local tour company will arrange buses to pick up the conference participants at the airport with a fee of RMB20 per person. ZhangJiaJie city can be also accessed by railway. The conference hotel is about 30km away from the ZhangJiaJie railway station. Bus pick-up will be arranged by the local tour company with a fee of RMB20, which need to be paid by the participants when boarding.

Visa information

It is necessary to apply for a visa to attend the ICIA 2008 in Hunan for participants from many countries. Participants from a few countries can enter into China without a visa. It is suggested that the participants check with the Chinese Embassy or Consulates in their countries on whether they need a visa.

For those who need a visa, they can apply for one of the following two types of visas to attend the ICIA 2008:

Business Visa (F Visa):

1) To apply for a business visa, you may need an official invitation letter from us. Please email or fax us

1. your full name in passport

2. Personal information: nationality, gender, date of birth

3. passport number

4. Contact information: mailing address, telephone number, and fax     number.

We will send you an official invitation letter as soon as possible.

2)  For participants from a few countries, they may need a visa notification form (a very official visa document). If you need the visa notification form, please fax (our fax number is 825-26036002) us the following items:

1. a copy of the page of your passport that shows your passport number, nationality, full name, gender, date of birth, and other personal information

2. contact information: mailing address, telephone and fax number, and email address.

Since it takes 3-4 weeks to obtain the visa notification form from the authority, please act as soon as possible.

3) Please note that there are NOT many countries from which the participants need the visa notification form. Please directly check the information with Chinese Embassy and Consulates.

Tourist Visa (L Visa):  

Participants can also attend ICIA 2008 by a tourist visa. To apply for the tourist visa, please check the application details with Chinese Embassy or Consulates in your country.
