Advance Registration

Advance registration is required in order to include the contributions in the proceedings on or before April 15, 2008. For each contribution, at least one author should be registered in advance.

IF a single Full Registration (of any type) author THEN such an author can upload only one of their own final papers/contributions. IF a single Full Registration (of any type) author uploads
 more than Two papers THEN such an author must pay the extra registration fee per additional paper/contribution.

IF a single Student Registration (of any type) THEN such an author can upload only One of their own final papers/contributions. IF a single Student Registration (of any type) author uploads more than One paper THEN such an author must pay an extra registration fee per additional paper/contribution.

The standard paper page limit for IEEE ICIA 2008 is 6 pages per paper. Final submitted papers that exceed the 6 pages limit will incur an over-length page charge rate of $200 per page. The maximum page limit per paper is 8 pages.

If you need a letter of paper acceptance to obtain a Visa to enter China, you can contact the General Chair. YOU SHOULD DO THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, AS VISA’s TAKE TIME TO OBTAIN!
